MYOB Premier or Enterprise users will be familiar with the issue of characteristic of multiple simultaneous users being locked out of their MYOB file if their network or internet connection is lost even for a split second.
Normally when you are all in the one office it has been a matter of everyone logging off, waiting and then logging back in. This is a little harder when you are on the hosted environment and at multiple locations so one of our Engineers (our super geek) developed a DIY reset tool.
You can run this Reset Tool and it will warn the other users in your Company that their session is about to reset and they have 20 second to save their work. It then resets and everyone can log back in and continue working.
A simple and effective time saver; and it is all included.
