MYOB AccountRight Live Update
MYOB Australia have announced the release of their latest offering, AccountRight Live. The online product from MYOB comes in four versions, LiveAccounts, Basics, Standard and Plus.
Of most interest to clients of ozBeanz will be MYOB AccountRight Live Plus. This is the version that most closely relates to the current AccountRight Premier which has been so popular over many years.
The most notable warning out this latest upgrade from MYOB is that there is no direct upgrade path for existing users of AccountRight Premier 19.7 into AccountRight Live Plus. In order to use the features of the new online version, clients would need to create a new company file.
The pricing for the AccountRight Live products appears competitive at $59 per company file for AccountRight Live Plus. If you have more than one company file then the cost increases by $59 for each company although MYOB are offering a limited time discount for additional files.
AccountRight Live Plus includes all the features of Premier except the ability to deal with multiple currencies.
ozBeanz will still continue to support those businesses wanting to get their MYOB AccountRight Premier into ‘the cloud’ and enjoy all the smart features like accessing your accounting software from any Internet connected computer any time of the day or night. At $49 per month for unlimited access and as many company files as you have, we still believe we have an important part to play ensuring our clients get the best possible experience using the MYOB software online.
Should any of our clients choose to migrate to the new MYOB AccountRight Live packages, we will guarantee to keep your data file safely tucked away if the experience does not work out as you might have hoped and you’d like to return. We will even waive any reconnection fees for returning clients that might have had a bad experience with the MYOB online versions as many did last time
