Need to restore a prior version of your MYOB file?
We perform a routine backup of your MYOB account everyday. This means you can be confident that your data is secure and restoring a data file to a prior day is only a phone call away.
As MYOB works exactly as it would installed on a local PC, you can also take as many backups within MYOB as you require. For instance, prior to performing year end or payroll functions many people take a backup of the file. You can continue to do this. Each instance MYOB Hosted has a generous 1GB of storage to hold your company files, forms and backups.
Our daily backup is perfomed over a rolling 7day period meaning that we keep 7 days of backup date. Therefore, if you need to restore your MYOB file to a version that is no more than 7 days old all you need to do is contact us and we can restore the file free of charge. Another important benefit of using MYOB Hosted.
Furthermore, as part of our infrastructure administration we take a rolling 14 day backup of the entire MYOB hosted environment. The execution and performance of this task is monitored daily by our service engineers, giving you peace of mind that you data is secure and readily available.
